Cappadocia Mustafapa\u015fa is home to one of the most important Ottoman structures among the places to visit. It was built in the year 1900 and is known as the Caravanserai. The architectural features of the medrese are in an asymmetrical U shape. Crowned capitals adorn the entrance gate, and an Arabic inscription in front of the gate speaks of the benevolence of Mehmet Pasha. The facade is adorned with Ottoman Tughra on marble. Upon entering the open courtyard through the crowned gate of the medrese, one encounters a vaulted gallery supported by octagonal columns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This medrese, which is one of the first places to be seen in Mustafapasa, is currently used for educational purposes as the Cappadocia Vocational School. Across from it, you can find the old mosque of Mustafapa\u015fa, the Cami-i Kebir, and the \u015eeyh Ali and Sipahi Mosque.<\/p>\n\n\n

The monastery, partly built with stone and partly carved into the rock, consists of four interconnected spaces created at the lower level. The wall paintings of the structure located in the southern part of these sections are now difficult to discern, and it is understood that it was the first section created stylistically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the frescoes in the basilica-planned church have not survived clearly to the present day. The church is also referred to as the Konstantin Eleni Church in some sources.
